Terms of Service

By accessing or using AI SDR Agent at https://app.umairamir.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These terms apply to all users of the application, including beta users and trial users.

AI SDR Agent is a B2B sales automation tool that helps you:

• Find B2B leads matching your target criteria via Apollo.io
• Research those leads using real-time web data via Tavily
• Generate personalized cold outreach emails using Claude AI (Anthropic)
• Send approved emails from your own Gmail account via Google OAuth

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the app. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at codewithumair867@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access

When you connect your Google account, you authorize us to send emails on your behalf using the gmail.send scope. By granting this permission:

• You authorize us to send emails only when you explicitly click "Send" on a draft.
• You confirm you have the right to send from the connected Gmail account.
• You understand we do not read or access your existing emails or inbox.
• You can revoke Gmail access at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions.

You agree to use AI SDR Agent only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Send spam, phishing emails, or any communication that violates the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or other applicable anti-spam laws
• Use the tool to contact individuals who have opted out of commercial email
• Impersonate another person or organization in your outreach
• Use the service to send emails related to illegal products, services, or activities
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the application's APIs
• Share your account credentials with others

You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through your account. AI SDR Agent generates drafts — you review and approve them before sending. We are not responsible for the consequences of emails you choose to send.

Cold outreach is legal in most jurisdictions when done correctly. You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with all applicable laws, including:

• CAN-SPAM Act (USA) — include your physical address, provide a clear opt-out mechanism, honor opt-outs promptly
• GDPR (EU/UK) — ensure you have a legitimate interest basis for B2B outreach to EU/UK contacts
• CASL (Canada) — obtain express or implied consent before emailing Canadian recipients

The AI SDR Agent application, its code, design, and branding are owned by Umair Amir. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of it without written permission.

Email drafts generated by the AI using your inputs and your value proposition belong to you. We claim no ownership over content generated on your behalf.

The app relies on third-party APIs (Apollo.io, Tavily, Anthropic, Google). We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or changes in these services. Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service.

AI SDR Agent is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• That AI-generated emails will result in replies, meetings, or sales
• That lead data from Apollo.io is accurate or up-to-date
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umair Amir and AI SDR Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: loss of revenue, loss of data, email deliverability issues, or spam complaints resulting from your outreach campaigns.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, particularly the acceptable use policy in Section 5. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing codewithumair867@gmail.com.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will be updated accordingly. For material changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
