This policy explains what data AI SDR Agent collects, how it's used, and your rights over it. We keep it simple and direct.

1. Who We Are

AI SDR Agent ("we", "us", "our") is a B2B sales automation tool operated by Umair Amir. The application is accessible at https://app.umairamir.com.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. This is used solely to identify your account inside the app.

2.2 Gmail Access (gmail.send scope)

We request the gmail.send OAuth scope exclusively to send cold outreach emails on your behalf from your own Gmail inbox. Specifically:

We compose emails using AI and send them via your Gmail only when you explicitly click "Send".
We do not read your existing emails, inbox, drafts, or any other Gmail content.
We do not store copies of emails beyond your campaign history dashboard.
We do not share your Gmail data with any third party.

Our use of data received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2.3 Campaign & Lead Data

When you run the agent, we store your campaign configuration (target industry, job titles, keywords) and the generated email drafts. Lead information is displayed in your dashboard and stored as part of your campaign history.

2.4 Usage Data

We collect basic usage logs to debug issues and improve the product. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

3. How We Use Your Data

4. Third-Party Services

The app integrates with third-party services to function. Each service processes only the minimum data required for its role, and each has its own privacy policy.

None of these providers receive your Gmail inbox content. Your email is sent through Google's own infrastructure — we only trigger it.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active.
Campaign history is retained for 12 months, then automatically deleted.
If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Gmail OAuth tokens are revoked immediately on account deletion or on request.

6. Data Security

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit (HTTPS). OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and never logged. We follow security best practices to protect your data from unauthorized access.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you.
Delete — request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
Revoke Gmail access — disconnect your Google account at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Correct — request correction of inaccurate data.

8. Children's Privacy

AI SDR Agent is a B2B tool for professionals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. When we do, the effective date above will be updated. For material changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
